At 07:06 CET, the Italian Air Force Beech B.350ER SPDYR (reg. MM62300) left Pratica di Mare AB for Decimomannu AB where it landed at 08:08. Then the aircraft left the Sardinian base to carry out a mission over the Western Mediterranean.

We do not know exactly where it carried out its activity because the first leg of the flight was carried out with the ADS-B transponder switched.

The aircraft only switched the transponder back on at 13:21 while it was again in the air towards Practice Mare AB.

We can assume a mission over the western Mediterranean (between Sardinia, the Balearic Islands and Algeria) of about three hours.
