- NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90454) orbits the Danube Delta
- USAF Bombardier CL650 “ARTEMIS” monitors the st border with Moldova and the northern border with Ukraine
- Turkish Navy ATR P-72 (callsign MARTI95) patrols the waters off Bulgaria
- meanwhile an Italian Air Force Boeing KC-767A (reg. MM62228) is arriving in the area to carry out an aerial refuelling mission
