USNavy ISR mission off Benghazi

Usually we track USNavy Lockheed EP-3E “Aries II” leaving Souda Bay AB, Crete, making surveillance mission off (and sometimes also over) western Libya, specially around Tripoli.

Yesterday morning the mission was different: the EP-3E (156511) left, as usual, Souda Bay AB, but this time the aircraft made its ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) mission off eastern Libya, near Benghazi.

This is the track of the mission (via Arjen Peters).
