This afternoon an Italian Air Force Beechcraft Beech B350 (MM62300) departed from Decimomannu Ab made an ISR mission over Strait of Sicily flying at 22,000 ft .

The aircraft is landed in Decimomannu AB around 7:30 PM (local time).

Usually this aircraft is based on Pratica di Mare AB (71st Wings) but in these days (probably due to Joint Star 2019 exercise) is based on Decimomannu AB north of Cagliari, Sardinia.

Italian Air Force acquired 2 years ago this aircraft, a civilian Beechcraft King Air 350 extended range aircraft modified with an intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance/synthetic aperture radar (ISR/SAR) capability.
