Surveillance mission over Eastern Mediterranean Sea continue

Today, several surveillance missions were carried out in the Eastern Mediterranean. This afternoon, a NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90454) took off from Preveza AB, and a USN Boeing P-8A took off from NAS Sigonella, operating in the area.

Furthermore, a RAF Beech Shadow R.1 (reg. ZZ507), based at RAF Akrotiri, returned to the United Kingdom today after a stop in Nice. In recent days, it had also operated off the coast of Israel.
