NATO assets continue to be present in the Black Sea theater. This morning, at least two aircraft are conducting surveillance missions in the area.

The first is a US Navy Boeing P-8A that took off from NAS Sigonella and is orbiting over the Danube Delta, eastern Romania.

Also from Sigonella, a USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 10-2045 – call sign FORTE10) has taken off and is conducting a SIGINT mission over the Black Sea, south of Crimea.
