Busy start to the week for the USNavy

The USNavy starts the week with several missions over the Mediterranean:

  • a Grumman C-2A (reg. 162171), departing from NAS Sigonella is flying to the eastern Mediterranean where the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77);
  • a Boeing P-8A also departed from NAS Sigonella and is carrying out a mission over the eastern
  • a Lockheed EP-3E (reg. 159893) instead left Souda Bay AB, on the island of Crete, to carry out a new mission in the Black Sea area
