Numerous area surveillance missions in the Black Sea area this morning.

Several NATO assets at work:

  • NATO Boeing E-3A (reg. LX-N90443), departed from Konya AB, orbiting over eastern Romania;
  • USNavy Lockheed P-3E (reg. 159893), departed from Souda Bay AB orbiting over Danube’s delta
  • USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 10-2045 – callsign FORTE10), departed from naS Sigonella, carrying out a surveillance mission over the Balck Sea, south of Crimea peninsula
  • Boeing KC-135R (reg. 58-0071), departed from Spangdahlem Air B made an aerial refuelling mission for NATO’s figther carrying out a Combat Air Patrol over eastern Romania.
