USNavy eye on the southern Adriatic Sea

Interesting USNavy air activity this afternoon in the southern Adriatic where the USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) is sailing.

Grumman E-2D (reg. 169080) took off from the carrier, which is conducting aerial surveillance activity orbiting south of the position where the carrier is located.

It is highly likely that training activity with USNavy aircraft is taking place in the area.
