It has been some time since we have tracked a mission in its entirety carried out by a USNavy Boieng P-8A.

The Poseidon has been ‘reappearing’ for a few days now, and this morning we have an interesting track on the Black Sea theatre: a P-8A which took off tonight at 00:27 CEST from Sigonella performed a surveillance mission over eastern Romania, orbiting the Danube delta and the Black Sea for a long time (about 4 hours), just a short distance from Snake Island.
