This morning a Turkish Navy ATR P-72MPA (reg. TCB-751callsign TURNA38) took off at 07:49 CEST from Dalaman for a mission over the eastern Mediterranean.

In the first part of the mission, the aircraft orbited the Greek island of Kastellorizo. Then the ATR operated within the Athnes FIR, also flying over the border of the Cyprus FIR and trespassing a few miles into the Egyptian FIR.

The aircraft then returned to Dalaman where it landed at around 12:00.

We’ve tracked a similar mission in the same area the last week.
