New surveillance mission over the Black Sea.
Today it was entrusted to an RAF Boeing RC-135W “Rivet Joint” (reg. ZZ664), departed from from RAF Waddington, which not only flew over the western part (as the USAF Global Hawks do) but also over the central part of the basin.
