“GRIFO” on task south of Malta

An Italian Customs ATR P-72B (reg. MM62321, callsign GRIFO) which took off from Pratica di Mare AB is orbiting south of Malta.

These aircraft are also used in the area to monitor migrants arriving from Libya but also for law enforcement missions, however we do not know the type of mission carried out this morning.
