A ceremony was held in Gaeta today to celebrate the Italian Navy’s 161.
The following units were present:

  • aircraft carrier Cavour (C 550)
  • amphibious landing ship San Marco (L 9893) 
  • frigate Antonio Marceglia (F597)
  • multi-purpose patrol vessel Paolo Thaon di Revel (P 430)
  • deep-sea patrol vessel Commander Borsini (P 491)
  • submarine Todaro (S 526)
  • minesweeper Gaeta (M 5554)
  • training ship Amerigo Vespucci
