After a few weeks spent in the Ionian Sea and then in the Tyrrhenian Sea (where it took part in the ‘Mare Aperto’ exercise) the aircraft carrier USS Truman (CVN-75) is once again in the Adriatic Sea (as confirmed by an official tweet).

The track of a USN Grumman C-2A (reg. 162159) that took off from NAS Sigonella to refuel the aircraft carrier shows us how the unit is now sailing in the southern Adriatic Sea.
