New Poseidon mission

This morning a USN Boeing P-8A (reg. 169561) has departed from NAS Sigonella to carry out a new mission in the Black Sea theatre.

The poseidon performed a firs part of its mission orbiting over the Danube delta and now it’s flying southbound moving to a lower altitude.

Most probably the aircraft is monitoring the situation in the Black Sea in front of Odesa to understand the intentions of the Russian fleet regarding a possible landing near the Ukrainian city.
