New RAF mission in Misrata

This afternoon we’ve tracked a Royal Air ForceLockheed C-130J (reg. ZZH865 – flight number RRR5739) making a flight from the UK to Libya.

The aircraft has departed from RAF Brize Norton at 10:17 CEST and it has landed in Misrata, Libya, around 15:00 CEST.

The aircraft left Misrata at17:40 CEST and now is in flight to Brize Norton.

We’ve already tracked similar flights in the past. The nature of these missions remains unknown.
