USMC F/A-18Cs from the VMFA-115 ‘Silver Eagles‘ are returning to the US. Today they are flying from Qatar (Al Udeid AB) to Spain (NAS Rota).

Supporting the transfer flight are currently flying two USAF McDonnel Douglas KC-10As (reg. 85-0027, 86-0030 callsign BLUE61/1) and two Boeing KC-46As (reg. 18-46052, 17-46026 – callsign BLUE62/72).

The formation carried out an in-flight refuelling over Crete.
