While a USAF Northrop Grumman RQ-4B (reg. 10-2045, callsign FORTE11) returns to Sigonella after a mission of about 21 hours, another Global Hawk, a NATO RQ-4D (reg. MM-AV-SA0018) leaves Sicily for the Ukraine theatre.

FORTE11 carried out a double reconnaissance mission, a first part over the Black Sea, a second part over Poland near the border with Ukraine and Belarus
