Until a few days ago, the USNavy aircraft carrier USS Truman (CVN-75) was sailing in the Adriatic Sea. With the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, the aircraft carrier moved closer to the Black Sea and on 3 March was sailing between Crete and the island of Santorini.

This afternoon our friend AegeanHawk tracked a USN Sikorsky MH-60 Seahawk (166589) in flight over the North Aegean.

It’s possible that it was departed from an Truman CSG unit.

We don’t know the exact location of the US aircraft carrier but it is highly possible that it is sailing in the northern Aegean.
