The confrontation between NATO and the Russian Federation is not only taking place in Eastern Europe.

The USNavy is currently intensifying its activities in the Mediterranean.

Almost all the units of the Russian Navy are present in the eastern Mediterranean and the USNavy is constantly monitoring them: while a Boeing P-8A is returning to Sigonella, in fact, another P-8A is in flight towards the eastern Mediterranean.

At the same time, two USN Grumman C-2As (reg. 162159, 162157) are landing at NAS Sigonella from the USS Truman, which is underway in the Aegean Sea.
