  • an USArmy Bombardier Challenger 650 ARTEMIS (N488CR) departed Constanta, Romania, is in flight over the eastern Black Sea off Russian coast
  • a NATO Northrop Grumman RQ-4D (MM-AV-SA0018) departed NAS Sigonella is in flight to the Black Sea too
