New Black Sea surveillance mision today. This time an USAF Boeing RC-135U “Combat Sent” (reg. 64-14849) departed Souda Bay is fliyng not off Crimea but off Russian coast between Sochi and Novorossiyk.

Novorossiyk is one of the principal Russain Navy port on the Black Sea and the largest Russian port.
