The Dash DHC-8 (reg. N706TX) according to the site planespotting.net was acquired/leased by USAF in June 2021.

For several daysthis plane has been flying between Malta, Libya (both Tripoli and Benghazi) and Tunisia.

Today it took off from Luqa at 10:27 CEST southbound. The track then disappeared (ADS-B transponder switched-off?) about half an hour later. The aircraft reappeared at 17:53 pm on its way from western Libya to Tunisia. During the day the aircraft probably landed in Benghazi and then in Tripoli.

The nature of these flights remains unknown.
