Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy and Openness Kostas Fragogiannis said in a meeting with Libyan Deputy Foreign Minister Mohamed Khalil Issa held in Tripoli on Sunday. Fragogiannis arrived in Libya on Sunday at the head of a business delegation from Greece.
