This morning we’ve tracked from Istres AB, southern France, to the Strait of Sicily, a French Air Force Boeing C-135FR ” Stratotanker “ (735). The aircraft followed the usual route used by French tankers in flight to Libya.
The aircraft is departed at 08:23 CEST and is disappeared around 09:56 CEST.
The mission is now (12:00 local time) still in progress. The Stratotanker is not alone and we can suppose that in the area there are probably other French aircraft.
