Turkish drone entered into Greek FIR zone

This morning a Turkish Navy Bayraktar Tactical UAS (TCB801) is departed from NAS Canakkale airport to make a routine surveillance mission along the Turkey / Greece seaborder.

When the drone was flying south of island of Mytilene it’s entered into Greek FIR zone different times for about 2 km.

The UAS’ are dispersed across Turkish Navy air stations and the Çanakkale unit is executing reconnaissance missions over the Aegean Sea on a regular bases, often frustrating their neighbors in Greece in the process.
