Thanks to the sentinel-hub website, a satellite image of the sea south of Cyprus, taken this morning, is available. Enlarging the photo the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle seems to have been taken while is underway eastbound.

The twitter account “Putin is a virus” published other images of the French CSG underway on the eastern Mediterranean Sea in these days.

The French Navy (Marine Nationale) Carrier Strike Group left on 22nd January Toulon for a long operational deployment named “Foch” to support the French forces of Operation Chammal (against ISIS)
