This morning, around 10 AM CET, a USNavy Lockheed EP-3E (156511) left Souda Bay AB. The Lockheed EP-3 is the signals reconnaissance version of the P-3 Orion, operated by the United States Navy.

The aircraft left Crete to make its usual ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) mission over western Libya. We’ve more data to say where exactly the Aries is making its mission.
