“Aries” off Lybia

After the similar mission of yesterday today again we’re tracking an USNavy Lockheed EP-3E “Aries II”(157316) departed from Souda Bay AB, Crete, flying (at 25,000 ft) somewhere over central Mediterranean Sea; probably the aircraft is making an ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) mission off western Libyan coast.

The Lockheed EP-3 is the signals reconnaissance version of the P-3 Orion

We haven’t more data about this flight.
